FOR HIS 21 YEARS IN POLITICS, JOHN CARTER DID NOTHING!!!

The Hon John Carter has been the National Party Member of Parliament for Northland since 1987, the same year that Te Roroa lodged their "alleged" claim for Manuwhetai and Whangaiariki with the Waitangi Tribunal.

The Hon John Carter knew the following, but did nothing and allowed the "corrupt" Te Roroa Claim Settlement Bill to proceed.

SHAME ON YOU JOHN WHEN YOU KNEW THE FOLLOWING ALL ALONG!!

John Carter knew Manuwhetai (110 acres) was on Allan Titford's freehold titled property and Whangaiariki (22 acres) was on Don Harrison's freehold title/deferred payment license properties.

John Carter knew Allan Titford and Don Harrison did not want to sell their farms, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew Allan Titford and Don Harrison sold their farms "under duress", but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew the Labour Government agreed to this claim in 1990 without "one document" of evidence, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew the main claimant, Ned Nathan was a member of the Waitangi Tribunal at the time, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew when National came to power in 1990, they continued to encouraged Te Roroa to harass Allan Titford to drive him off his farm, so it could be returned to Te Roroa for their "alleged" claim, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew Te Roroa placed illegal "Maori Land" signs on Mr Titford's subdivision to stop sales to pay his loan ($650,000) to the Government owned Rural Bank, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew Mr Titford had give the Te Roroa "squatters" on his property eviction notices but the Police took no action, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew Mr Titford's elderly father was guarantor to the Government owned Rural Bank.

John Carter knew the Government owned Rural Bank froze Mr Titford's accounts to bankrupt him so they could "put a gun to his head" to take his farm at a fraction of it true value, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew the Government owned Rural Bank took over the day to day running of Mr Titford's farm, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew the Government owned Rural Bank was allowing Mr Titford's farm they were now running, to slowly go bankrupt, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew, both Mr Titford's houses were burnt to the ground, tractors sabotaged, fences cut, stock shot and the police took no action, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew the Government owned State Insurance cancelled all Mr Titford’s insurance before his second house was burnt to the ground, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew the police were instructed to arrest Mr Titford on three occasions on "sham" charges but he was acquitted on all counts, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew Sue Titford suffered three miscarriages due to the stress created by the "corrupt" Crown, its organizations and officers, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew the Crown forced Allan Titford and his young family to flee to Tasmania for their protection, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew the Crown offered to purchase Allan Titford farm for half its registered valuations in 1994, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew National's negotiator/henchman, Ray Chappell offered Allan Titford's brother Brian a bribe of $500,000 to declare Allan insane and become Power of Attorney to sign the Crown's undervalued Sale Agreement, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew the Rural/National Bank had allowed Mr Titford's debt to escalate to $1.8 million dollars, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew with the "sham" arrests and legal fees etc Mr Titford’s total debts had escalated to $2.25 million, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew Mr Titford owned $750,000 worth of stock and machinery on the property.

John Carter knew that he was "lying" when he continued to say Mr Titford received $3.25 millions for his farm.

John Carter knew after the debts incurred by this "alleged" claim and the cost of his stock, Mr Titford only received $250, 000 for his projected $5 million property, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew Mr Titford could not replace his farm for $250,000, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew the Rural/National Bank was about to foreclose on Mr Titford's loan and take his father's farm held as security if Mr Titford did not agree to the de-valued Sale Agreement, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew it was Mr Titford's "Signature or his brains on the Agreement", but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew Don Harrison was forced to sell his farm just hours before the 1993 Treaty of Waitangi Amendment Act came into force, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew the Crown forced Mr Titford to sell his farm, two years after the1993 Treaty of Waitangi Amendment Act came into force, breaching the intention of this Act, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew the Crown "tampered with" the documents to acquire Mr Titford's farm, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew the Memorandum of Title was "a bogus document" to transfer Mr Titford's farm to Her Majesty the Queen, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew, the Maori Affairs Select Committee "lied" to Parliament for their own gain, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew, the Maori Affairs Select committee withheld submissions opposing the Te Roroa Settlement Bill, including a submission from the New Zealand Federated Farmers, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew his colleague, the Hon Christopher Finlayson, who is now our Attorney General, was a member of this "corrupt" committee, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew, the Maori Affairs Select Committee consisted of people with close links to Te Roroa or a vested interest in the claim, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew he helped destroy two young families, the Titford's and Harrison's of their hopes and dreams, but he did nothing!!

John Carter knew by the letter he wrote to the Minister in Charge of Treaty Negotiations, dated the 8 December 2005, "That there was a grave injustice being done here not only in regard to this particular claim; but indeed to the whole settlement system", but he did nothing!!

While all the Politicians have been told this was an "alleged" claim, the Crown "tampered with" the documents and the Maori Affairs Select Committee was "corrupt" and have done nothing, John Carter was the Member of Parliament for Northland who was involved from day one, knew first hand this claim was "corrupt", but still did nothing!!

SHAME ON YOU JOHN, YOU KNEW THIS CLAIM WAS "CORRUPT" FROM THE START, BUT DID NOTHING!!!
