What I Can Do

BIRD OF A FEATHER FLOCK TOGETHER -
Will Doug Graham and Chris Finlayson do it again?

Hon Sir Doug Graham

Hon Sir Doug Graham

Doug Graham knew the Te
Roroa claim was only an
“alleged” claim but allowed
it to proceed.

Hon Christopher Finlayson

Christopher Finlayson
misled Parliament to
allow this claim to proceed

It is a concern that the Minister in Charge of Treaty Negotiations, the Hon Christopher Finlayson has engaged the Hon Sir Douglas Graham as a facilitator to help speed up the Treaty of Waitangi claims process. They have both previously misled the public.

In 1995, the Hon Sir Douglas Graham, then Minister of Justice signed the Deed to acquire Mr Allan Titford’s farm to settle the Te Roroa claim knowing this claim was only an “alleged” claim. His signature being witnessed by no other than alleged fraudster, Mary Anne Thompson.

Mr Graham cannot deny he did not know this claim was only an “alleged” claim as he initialled the amendment made to the Deed showing it was only an “alleged” claim. See attachment below of page 2, Background, (B) showing the amendment with Mr Graham’s and Mary Anne Thompson’s initials.

The Hon Sir Douglas Graham signed the Deed knowing Mr Titford’s farm was being acquired “under false pretences” for an “alleged” claim. If he has done it once he will do it again!

Mary Anne Thompson was very involved with the Sale Agreement to acquire Mr Titford’s farm when it arrived back from Notary Public lawyer, Sam Samec in Tasmania. The Ombudsman’s
investigation found the Sale Agreement Mr Titford had signed and Mr Samec witnessed, was “tampered with” by Crown officials before they were given to the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Mr Sam Brown to sign on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen.

Mary Anne Thompson the alleged fraudster witnessed Doug Graham’s signature.

While we have brought this to the Government’s attention, they refuse to include it in the investigation against Mary Anne Thompson into the allegations she falsified documents while in charge of the Immigration Department.

The Hon Christopher Finlayson, now Minister in Charge of Treaty Negotiations and Attorney General, was a member of the Maori Affairs Select Committee that misled Parliament and withheld all submissions opposing the claim to allow the Te Roroa Claims Settlement Bill to proceed. We have brought this to Prime Minister, John Key’s attention, but he has failed to act!

We now have these two men in power that deliberately allowed the Te Roroa claim to proceed knowing it to be a false claim. They have shown they are prepared to misled Parliament and the public to allow a false claims to proceed.

By doing so, they have “Perverted the Course of Justice” and will do it again!

THESE TWO MINISTERS KNEW THE TE ROROA CLAIM WAS A FALSE CLAIM BUT ALLOWED IT TO PROCEED.

COME ON NEW ZEALAND – WAKE UP.

THESE TWO MINISTERS, WITH THE COUNTRY’S FUTURE IN THEIR HANDS, WILL DO IT AGAIN!
